Branch Operations Director

Our Columbus, Indiana, branch is seeking an experienced home care manager that will be accountable for the overall business management of the branch, including development of new programs to meet the needs of the community.

Our Administrative Director develops and implements short and long term strategic plans that support quarterly business plans developed at the branch level and supported by the corporate initiatives. Other responsibilities include:

1. Securing business growth by developing sales and marketing strategies for obtaining revenue goals.

2. Successful financial operation of the Columbus branch, development of the operating budget and the establishment of plans to meet or exceed financial goals.

3. Oversight of patient/client care services delivered and implementation of plans for improvement of customer satisfaction.

4. Selection and supervision of branch associates and provides development opportunities, instruction, guidance and counseling.

5. Ability to apply to daily operations JCAHO standards, Federal, State and County rules and regulations and ensures the branch's compliance for licensure.
